I'll confirm by email and include links to some consent forms that need to be completed before we meet
2. Then, we make a plan

In our first 2-4 sessions we'll map out what's going on in the various contexts of your life, what's keeping you stuck, and what might need to shift​. We'll make a plan that fits with your goals.
3. We journey together towards your goals

Based on my experience, I believe it typically takes about 8-10 sessions to see meaningful results, however, progress can vary depending on the individual.
